Overview

Furality Online Xperience is the furry convention that celebrates the VR furry fandom!

Furality, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that operates a semi-annual online convention, which is made possible by our innovative and exciting use of virtual reality.

Why Furality needs you!

The Furality team is a close-knit and diverse group of furries that are passionate about driving the VR furry fandom forward. You'll need to be 18 years of age or older.

Since our team is located around the world, all Furality team members work together remotely using Discord and Notion.

What you'll do!

As the Showcase Editor, you will work together with other team members to organize, edit, and produce accepted submissions into the final showcase. There may be additional editing tasks for promotional videos and social media content as well. Your work will help us inspire the furry community to create amazing artistic works of visual stories, skits, etc.

Submission of a portfolio, video playlist, or video reel of past work is highly recommended.

  • Cut and assemble content with quick turnarounds
  • Rapidly ingest and organize video and audio files throughout fast-paced production pipelines
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within outlined parameters

Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with DaVinci Resolve and quick-turnaround editing
  • Experience with audio equalization and loudness normalization
  • Ability to take a project from concept to completion, through all phases of development
  • Experience with using Google Workspace

Extra skills that make our tails wag!

  • Familiarity with the Blackmagic Cloud collaborative environment
  • Experience in color correction and color grading
  • Experience using DaVinci Fusion
  • Education or experience in professional video, film, television, or other similar production environments.
  • Ability to create creative and engaging thumbnails for social media content
