Furality Online Xperience is the furry convention that celebrates the VR furry fandom!

Furality, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that operates a semi-annual online convention, which is made possible by our innovative and exciting use of virtual reality.

The Furality team is a close-knit and diverse group of furries that are passionate about driving the VR furry fandom forward. You'll need to be 18 years of age or older.

Since our team is located around the world, all Furality team members work together remotely using Discord and Notion.

What you'll do!

When creating a broadcast seen around the world, details matter. From understanding the broad strokes to ensuring the smallest requests are fulfilled. This role takes place before and during a Furality Online Xperience event. The Shift Coordinator/Fursonnel Manager (SC/FM) ensures that everything runs smoothly during operational hours. You will be working with members of the Club Stream Team to create a schedule that works for each role and time slot based on the personal preferences of the team. By being a point of contact for handling unforeseen Club Stream Team complications, this unsung hero is one of the most important roles at Club F.Y.N.N.

  • Working with other Shift Coordinators/Fursonnel Managers to create the team schedule
  • Ensure that team members take breaks
  • Escalate and expedite issues across team leads in multiple departments
  • Give constructive feedback
  • Be available for at least 12 hours throughout the event in 3-6 hour shifts

Qualifications

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm in potentially stressful situations
  • A reliable internet connection
