Furality Online Xperience is the furry convention that celebrates the VR furry fandom!

Furality, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that operates a semi-annual online convention, which is made possible by our innovative and exciting use of virtual reality.

The Furality team is a close-knit and diverse group of furries that are passionate about driving the VR furry fandom forward. You'll need to be 18 years of age or older.

Since our team is located around the world, all Furality team members work together remotely using Discord and Notion.

What you'll do!

As an Events Stream Producer, you’ll be primarily responsible for creating, developing, and communicating the overall vision for filming individual live events. You’ll be working to interoperate and communicate the run of show (RoS) to the Events Stream Team while also ensuring the team has the required team members, tools, graphics, media, and anything else required together and ready for Live event broadcasts.

  • Work closely with the Events Team to flush out run of shows
  • Ensure that all elements for a given event are obtained and set up for a given Live broadcast
  • Cast a vision and feel for the show you’re putting together
  • Work as a broadcasting Director as needed
  • Be the liaison between the Events Team, Events Stream Team, and talent during events
  • Streamline processes for Events Stream Team show setups

Qualifications

  • Manage conversations and planning between multiple teams
  • Willingness to learn, and train others, on department and team procedures and processes
  • Experience working with live talent in productions
  • Experience with creating run of shows
  • General experience with live productions
  • Access to VRChat and Discord

Extra skills that make our tails wag!

  • Experience with cloud-based office toolsets (bonus points for G-suite and Coda specifically).
  • Experience with vMix
  • Professional or hobbyist experience with broadcasting or film
  • Live event experience
  • Having a PCVR-capable headset
